Model Review Valerie: Dueba/GnG Queenie Brown

Introduction:
I will be doing a review on the Dueba/Gng circle lenses in the X-9 Brown. This review will include the basics such as: Lens info, colour, design, enlargement, and comfort.

Model Information:
Hey guys, my name is Valerie and I am the new Shimmer Eyes model. I’m in love with the art of photography, which is why I decided to apply for the role of Shimmer Eyes’ new model.

Lens Information (Brand, Diameter, Water Content, lifespan):
Brand: Dueba/GnG
Life Span: 1 year
diameter: 14.5mm
Water Content: 38%

Color (Out of 5):
The colour of the circle lenses is sort of like a gradient. It starts out black along the rims and gets into a lighter brown towards the middle. Overall I would rate the colour a 4 out 5. ONLY because if they contacts weren’t much of a gradient, they would show up more in the eyes.
Design (Out of 5):
The design on the contacts are simple and ordinary like any other contacts, there’s nothing really special to it. Other than that the entire contact looks as if a firework just exploded. The ends extend a little bit, sort of like the suns rays. So for design I would say 3/5.
Enlargement (Out of 5):
Enlargement from the contacts did not do much of a difference for my eyes, mainly because my eyes are already decently big and my eyes are pretty round and these lenses were made mostly for coloring rather than enlargement. I guess if you had smaller eyes and if they were to be narrower, they would make a huge improvement to your eyes. So overall, enlargement for MY eyes would be 2.5 out of 5.
Comfort (Out of 5):
The comforts on these cons are amazing, they are super soft and comfy to wear. To be honest when I wear these cons, it doesn’t feel as if they were in your eyes. So for comfort I would rate it a 5 out of 5.
Recommendations/Conclusion:
For those wanting to order these contacts, I would recommend to put them on when your eyes are a bit more moist, cause for me when I wore them. They didn’t immediately go into the centre of your eye. I would of have to move it manually with my fingers to the centre.

Side Note from Shimmer: Thank you Valerie for the awesome review. ( :
I had asked Valerie for her personal opinion on whether or not she liked the lenses. Her response was that she did enjoy them and liked wearing them. They give off a natural look.

I do have these lenses in non prescription. ( : Email me at shimmershimmereyes@gmail.com or find me on facebook as Shimmer Eyes for more selection.

As in, like this one. One pair is $24.00. Buy 3 pairs get the 4th free! Or buy 6 get the 7th pair free for ifairies. Code: "ShimmerEyesCNY". You can only redeem one code per order. : D
I am in love with ifairy lenses and I had a lot of requests to do another batch before I focus on selling instocks.
So I have opened it and the batch will end February 17th. ( :
As with all the ifairy batches that I do, they arrive in abut 5-6 days after I place the batch.
All prescription is available for ifairys so don't hesitate to order!

I have already done 2 reviews on ifairys (Hanabi blue and super crystal brown) check those out for more information!
I would love to try the jewel series from ifairys though. ;~;

These give off an effect that isn't too enlarging and dolly-like. The coloring is beautiful and blends in smoothly with irises. Resembles the Dueba Queenie X-9 series and the NEO Glamour series.
However, these lenses give off better coloring as it is from ifairy. Dueba and the NEO series don't offer as vibrant of colors as ifairys do.

Or, I'd order another pair of the super crystals since my other pair is being a bum and irritates one of my eyes. T.T
These lenses are great for those that love a super light look to their eyes. It gives the 'Halo' look to your eyes and no matter how heavy of makeup you are wearing - theses lenses will give your eyes the "Fresh, innocent" feel to them.
I have done a review for the super crystal browns in a previous post. So check that out if you want additional information!

I had already done a special post for Hanabis in the previous post so I won't be writing too much about them. ( : But anyways, the Hanabis give out the most enlargment and the most variety in color. (New HANABI Red and hanabi gold, along with the other colours of: Grey, brown, blue, green, violet and pink."
Hanabi is 'Fireworks' in japanese. The design of these lenses certainly do resemble that of a firework wheel. The coloring is bright on these lenses and will not disappoint those that are on the market for lenses that give off a vibrant coloring with great enlargment.

Next will be the snow series! I wanted to review the snow series in pink but the solution that I placed in the contact cases dried out and the lenses broke. T.T They were the most natural out of the pink series in the ifairy series (as they have slivers of black through out the lenses).
The snow series were made to look like snowflakes (OH REALLY?! -Sarcasm-). The design is not to be confused with the ruby series. This design is unique and is not available in any other brands of circle lenses.

While we're on the subject of the Ruby series in ifairy. : D
The Ruby red were the original red lenses in the circle lenses world. And then other brands got a whiff of how popular the red lenses were and decided that they would give it a shot too. (Eos Adult red? Yuh.)
The ruby series has a sense that these lenses are "Precious." And they make your eyes seem just that; like precious rubies. (; Hehe. Anyways, these lenses are bright and the design is simply just 'wow' - for lack of a better word.

The other lenses of ifairys comes in only one design and one color, why? I'm not too sure. It'd be cool if they made the cherry series into more colors though. But I guess the details of the Cherry wouldn't be as bright if it weren't in gold.
Oh, woah. Are those little trees in the design? LOL I love the Cherry gold effect on eyes.
The coloring is bright and the design is really cool. (=.=" Sorry, I'm running out of exciting words to use.LOL)

And for those that want black lenses, don't fret! The ifairy brand offers black circle lenses that give you the doe-eyed look like no other. The pearl black, a ring of PURE black that give your eyes the definite large eyed look that so many are after.

Unlike other black lenses in other brands the ifairy black lenses will not give your eyes the fake splintered look. What I mean is, no body actually has black eyes. They either have dark brown or lighter brown eyes. (Or other colors (:) But other designs tend to have this effect:

This is off of google (don't sue. LOL) Anyways, what I mean is the black seems spikey and splintered into the brown eyes and it looks kind of b r o k e n. (GEO CK-105)
The ifairy pearl however may or may not color your entire iris but it will give your eyes a more complete look.

By the way, I think it looks so freiking good when light irises wear circle lenses in black. Cheeeck this out:
This is the EOS MBK-6 but they have discontinued the series. <.<"

Tehehe, wow I got off topic. ( : Anyways, email me at shimmershimmereyes@gmail.com if you don't already have me added on Facebook or joined the group.
I'm picking my model for Shimmer Eyes today so I'll announce the winner today on my facebook account (Shimmer Eyes).
